WHAT’S IN A NAME
Well, in our case…EVERYTHING. Why City Art Creative? Hopefully, the creative part speaks for itself. Signs and graphics are everywhere; literally everywhere – the ‘art’, if you will, that adorns every train, every plane, every automobile, every home, every building, every street, every corner, every city, every town. And since we try to take an artful approach to all of the signs, graphics, and displays we design and produce… “City Art.”
BECAUSE WE CARE
That’s right. Your project is not just an opportunity for us to take your money. It’s important to us that we help you put your best foot forward. We take pride in the signs and graphics we produce. So, please take a few minutes to explore our site, and see how we can bring your ideas and creative graphic projects to life.
HEAD MAN IN CHARGE
Being introduced to screen printing and graphic design in high-school, Anthony latched on and never looked back. It's been more than 20 years since the first time Anthony saw a 36 inch wide printer (fairly small by today's standard), and thought it was the coolest thing in the world. Guess it stuck. In 2008, Anthony founded Oak City Sign Studio, which has since morphed into City Art Creative Group. It's Anthony's passion for design, and a nearly constant urge to just make stuff that have all lead him here. What a journey it has been, and promises to be.
While Kemah's formal background is in Public Relations (BS, Millersville University) and Higher Education (M.Ed., Ed.D., North Carolina State University), he's been honing his creative skills since 1994. While most college kids were still figuring out what they wanted to be when they 'grew up,' Kemah founded Six Degreez Graphics as a junior. This venture proved to not only be successful, but later evolved into 6D Graphics - a full-service graphic design and printing company. And now? Sky's the limit for Kemah!

With a knack for the unconventional, Kareem’s aim is to bring a fresh look to any project he takes on. He always treats you with the utmost care and professionalism. Taking notice of his interest in the arts, Kareem's older brother gifted him Photoshop at the age of 14. A self taught artist, he developed his skills over the years joined the City Art Creative crew in 2014. In addition to design, Kareem is a habitual experimenter. Whether it’s road tripping somewhere new, deciding to run a 10 mile race, or just trying out a funky new vegan recipe, he’s never afraid to just go for it!
